After 21 years dedicated to leadership in the Corporate world, I realised that my passion was people and in particular their wellbeing.  I thrived finding opportunities to support others with their personal and professional growth.

I am a degree qualified professional and have completed a Personal and Professional Coaching qualification and am currently completing a PG Cert (Post Graduate Certificate) in Business and Personal Coaching.

Throughout my 21 year with a Fortune 100 Global Corporation, I have attained numerous qualifications and certifications.  Not least I have led numerous individuals and teams to achieve great things.  My leadership skills coupled with my lifelong attitude to learning have underpinned success in my working life.  I bring much to my Coaching practice.

First and foremost I Coach according to the ICF (International Coaching federation) code of Ethics.  In this way my clients are assured that the process I facilitate can be trusted as appropriate and safe for their needs.
